Ok. Over the mid-year break of 2002 I decided to try and build a Nismo-style grill to replace the shitty center panel on my silvia (which was half bunged after my crash in May anyway!). There are many different ways to build one such as with fibreglass or molded PVC. I chose to use MDF cause it was cheap and easy to work with.
I intially made this up for just a laugh - but at the end of the day it didnt look half-bad! plus it only cost me about AU$17 to build!! Below are soem instruction sheets I drew up explaining how I made my grill. If you wish to build your own, just be sure to double check my dimensions etc and feel free to change anything there. These sheets are basically designed to help guide someone wanting to make their own grill.
The following files are MS Word 2000 format (about ~50kb in size each) and are designed to hopefully print out to produce two "quick reference" sheets/guides.
